    Everyone loved this! Easy to make and was a big pot with leftovers. There were five of us and some had seconds, plenty!!! I substituted green beans for the zucchini only because of what I had in the house, and that was perfect. Would buy this again!

    I absolutely loved this soup!! I’ve always loved Carrara’s version but this beats it all day. I used spicy sausage and we will be ordering more because it was so amazing!!

    I have been making large amounts this soup for over 5 years and freeze much of it for future use as we really love it. I use two pounds of sausage instead of one and use lots of fresh spinach instead of Zucchini so the soup is very hearty. It freezes very well.
