Is there a minimum order?
Yes — 6 cases per order, mix and match across any products.

How do I order?
Everything happens on the Quick Order page: enter case quantities, watch the 6-case minimum bar fill, and add your order to the cart. Products are priced per unit and sold by the case.

Where do my prices come from?
It's the same wholesale pricing that's on all our order forms — exactly what you receive when ordering by phone or email.

Shipping

How is shipping charged?
Checkout shows your freight charge up front, calculated by weight at our standard wholesale rate, and your card is charged for products plus that freight when you place the order — no surprises afterward.

How fast will my order ship?
Most orders leave our Gurnee, Illinois kitchen within 12–72 hours. UPS transit adds 1–7 business days depending on your distance from us.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover at checkout. Accounts with approved payment terms will see a Pay on Terms option.

How do I get Partner Hub access?
Partner Hub access is for approved wholesale accounts. Activate your login with your Frontier account number and billing ZIP code. Not a wholesale customer yet? Contact sales@frontiersoups.com.
