    Even better the next day

I didn’t expect to love this soup but it ended up being one of my favorites. There is a strong paprika flavor which I personally liked. After a night in the fridge the paprika flavor was a little more subdued and the soup was just as good if not better.

Picked this up in my Baker's Dozen and I'm so glad I did! This reminds me of cool nights in my Grandmother's kitchen. I added a splash of Pinot Noir and some Balti Seasoning from Penzey Spices. Then added extra broth and egg noodles about 10 minutes before it was done. SO GOOD.

    Oh my gosh!

Oh my gosh, I don't usually write companies about soup mixes but this one deserves a mention. I just randomly purchased one pack from World Market a few weeks ago and it was so delicious, I sat down and ordered 3 more. This tastes like you've been cooking all day its so good. I threw in a handful of elbow macaroni and it was perfection. It's such an easy meal to make for someone who is ill or just moved in to a new home etc.... too. Thank you so much for making our new favorite meal (and my sister in laws, and my cousin who has been sick). I don't mention how easy it is... I just say thank you when they tell me how good it was. Just thought in a day that we hear so much hate and division and insults and anger..... I would encourage you guys today and simple say thank you for making such a great product. Sonja G.

    Love this

I am not a big fan of ground beef, so I did a nice stew meat instead. I can't do a lot of tomato (Thank you, Acid Reflux) but I subbed 6 Oz of roasted squash and 1/3 c veg broth for the tomatoes suggested. I also pinched in some Allspice and deglazed the pan after searing the beef with a good Pinot Noir. Freaking 5 stars!!!

    Yummy

I used leftover chuck roast cooked in a crockpot. Just shredded it, added half a cup of leftover broth. Very good and great way to use up leftovers. Adding a dollop of sour cream gives it a nice creaminess.

    Excellent!

Great soup! I added 3/4 lb browned Italian breakfast sausage (in addition to the 1 lb ground beef), 1/4 cup sundried tomato pesto, and tripled the Worchestershire sauce (reduced sodium version). I realized too late that I was out of Rotel so I used a can of regular diced tomatoes and added a 4 oz can of diced green chiles. Not quite as hot as Rotel, but still quite tasty. I also made this in the slow cooker since I'm not a fan of standing over the stove, even for 20 minutes. Add all ingredients except tomatoes to 3 or 4 qt slow cooker. Cook on high 3 hours, add tomatoes and cook on low for another 1-2 hours. Came out great!
